1. Platform Fee Position

Based on current public ZieCoins messaging, platform operations are intended to be provided without direct platform usage fees for standard transfers and account use.

2. Third-Party Fees

Banks, card processors, wallet providers, and FX providers may apply their own charges. These charges are external to ZieCoins and may vary by country, provider, and payment route.

3. Common External Cost Types

External costs may include wire fees, card processing fees, chargeback-related charges, wallet transfer fees, and currency conversion spreads or commissions.

4. Holds and Risk Controls

Certain funding methods may be subject to risk-based holds or restrictions while compliance and chargeback risk are evaluated.

Current hold windows are risk-based and may vary by payment method.

5. Fee Examples and Disclosures

Method-specific external fees depend on the selected provider and location and are shown by that provider at checkout/transfer time.

Any future platform fee schedule changes will be posted with an effective date.
